Refunds

Physical Goods: All Requests for refunds and/or cancellations will be processed within 5 business days. Requests for refunds should be emailed to support@leeharrisenergy.com. We are happy to refund any defective physical goods bought from the Lee Harris Energy Art Store within 30 days of purchase.

Tee shirts cannot be refunded or exchanged due to an incorrect size. Please see Size Charts on Store pages to choose the correct size when ordering.

Original Art: We cannot refund purchases of Original Art.

Production and Shipping Times:

Original Art will be shipped subject to Lee's availability - typically within 5-7 days of purchase.

Poster & Canvas Prints - Produced On Demand

Tee Shirts & Mugs - Produced On Demand

Please allow 2-5 business days for the creation of on demand products. Shipping times should be added on top of that. 97% of orders are shipped within 5 business days. More than a half of our orders are shipped within 3 business days or less.

Average shipping times:

United States: 3-5 business days following production

Canada: 5-10 business days following production

Australia: 10-20 business days following production

Important! Due to Australia's laws on importing wood products, we do not ship canvas prints to Australia.

International from USA: 10-20 business days following production

Customs:

Shipments outside of the USA may incur customs/duty fees, depending on the destination country. The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors. Customers are responsible for these fees.
